Overview

Most people who are diagnosed with mesothelioma are given a 6-12 month life expectancy. However, with treatment, it is possible to fight the disease and prolong one’s lifespan. Surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy are all different forms of treatment that have been approved for mesothelioma cancer therapy. Holistic and non-traditional therapies also can be used to help treat the disease.
